July's Teaching Kitchen- Indian Cuisine!

Join us on July 30th to learn to make some authentic Indian dishes that will have your mouth watering! This is a highly anticipated teaching kitchen as it is led by Ramina Mukundan and anyone who has tried her cooking can tell you it's THE BEST! Ramina is originally from Kerala in the South of India, but lived in Dubai for the past decade and has recently moved to New Brunswick and been working at the Library-Technical services at MountA. She will guide us through how to make mouth-watering dishes like mutabal (an eggplant dip), and vegetarian and chicken momos, so you won't want to miss it!
