Handel's Messiah

Handel’s Messiah, experienced like never before! Come hear this Christmas masterpiece paired down to fit into the intimate setting of the Mount Allison University Chapel. Ensemble SFEM teams up with Musique Royale and Sackville Festival of Early Music to bring this holiday tradition to Sackville. Witness this music of the season and warm up your voices to join us in singing the Hallelujah Chorus. Come early and enjoy a pre-concert talk guaranteed to get you in the mood for the evening's proceedings. Ensemble SFEM with the Ménestrel Singers of Musique Royale; Jimin Shin Dobson Music Direction & Baroque violin; Soloists: Christina Haldane Soprano, Hannah O’Donnell Alto, Kerry Bursey Tenor, Alexander Dobson Bass. Concert at 7pm, pre-concert talk at 6pm. Tickets are $35 general admission, $20 for seniors, and $10 for students. Tickets are available at the door, which will open at 5:30pm. General Admission tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite up until the start of the event, or in cash at the door if preferred. Concessions (seniors and students self-identify) are only available at the door, cash sales.
