Make Something Sunday: Patchwork Valentines

For this special Winterfest Make Something Sunday, we’re hosting a valentine’s card-making extravaganza. Let our fabric stash be your inspiration as you cut and collage fabric shapes to create the sweetest little valentines for family and friends. // Drop-in for half an hour or stay for two. No booking required. This program is offered free of charge. // Make Something Sunday is a monthly program that introduces new materials and new ways of working through informal hands-on artmaking workshops for kids 12 and under and their grownups. // Complementing Make Something Sunday is our Play Atelier, a pop-up space that extends opportunities for families to engage in open-ended, sensory and creative play. At the heart of the Play Atelier is a light cube that functions as a stage for experiments with colour and light. Various changing materials offer new and unexpected avenues for playful exploration.
