Mend In Public Day

Come mark worldwide Mend in Public Day! Bring your worn or torn or ragged textiles and sit in good company while you darn your socks or replace a missing button or patch a favourite blanket. Feel free to bring your own mending supplies, or use what we have on hand-- fabric for patches, needles and thread, yarn for darning, buttons, etc. Share your mending knowledge, or get some advice from others. This is a casual drop-in event, for folks to come and go as they please.
