Free Canning Workshop

EOS is partnering with local community member Emilie McBride to host a FREE canning workshop at Open Sky Co-op (12 Folkins Drive, Sackville, NB) from 1-3:30 pm. Participants will gain hands-on experience with hot water bath canning. We’ll make vegetable pickles and a fruit jam, and we’ll cover all the tips, tricks, and safety precautions for how to make your own preserves at home.
