Writers' Open Mic

A free event for writers of all ages, styles, and backgrounds. Come out and read your poems, short stories, novels, plays, essays, twitter posts, stand-up comedy, etc. Read your own work or someone else's. Or just come to listen. All are welcome. Tea and cookies will be provided. Please wear a mask. A projector will be set up for those with comics or other images or videos they want to share. Images or videos can be brought on a USB or sent in advance to laurawatsonartwork@gmail.com. The Bill Johnstone Memorial Park Activity Centre is an accessible space with no stairs.
