Book Launch and Poetry Reading: Shaun Cunningham & Danny Jacobs

The Hardscrabble Press is pleased to present two new chapbooks: "Sulci," by Riverview poet Danny Jacobs, and "Driving Home," by Sackville poet Shaun Cunningham. Shaun Cunningham is the first Canadian-born child of an immigrant Irish family, who grew up on the prairies. A life-long writer, he recently retired from teaching middle school. His piece "Werewolf" won the WFNB prize for Nonfiction. He lives in Sackville with his wife (Jennifer) and their mutt, Lily. Danny Jacobs lives in Riverview, NB. His last book, "Sourcebooks for Our Drawings: Essays & Remnants," won the 2019 WFNB Nonfiction Award. A Novel is forthcoming in 2025.
